Oh yeah same as where I retired from. We’d be gathered in a conference room and seated. The supervisor would close the door. Sometimes she would start the meeting by saying loudly “OK People!” And then proceed to give us a group butt-chewing for something a brand new hire did because they didn’t train that person right to begin with….and that’s what happens when 30% of the staff is cut due to not filling job openings and the new hires quit one after another. And I found out later it was all because the leads and supervisors were being treated to free breakfasts and lunches every day while on break and would take their time getting back to the office. The leads had no time to train anyone.
