Uncle's sending a pizza over!!
He said that if I'm in a bind I can call, so that's a relief, this pizza will last at least 2 days, they're big!! The Meteor it's called.
Not the best pizza I ever had, the best was the kind where there was about 5 centimeters of toppings, Chef's Mistake it was called, no longer exists anywhere around here anymore, but I think of that Chef's Mistake almost everyday, and feel a sort of culinary melancholy about it.
The Meteor though is the current best in the lay of the immediate land as far as I can see, but ... and here's my vision for the food situation for April -- half and half goes to groceries and Skip deliveries, which means the kinds of foods we all frown upon, but one of them looks exceptional it's called BARBurrito, and there's this box you get a half of a one which is nice and has quite a bit in it, and the photos are so vivid, and a side with what they call crazy fries and chips, with toppings galore for those, so for April there'll be enough for about SEVENTEEN of such orders, where the taste will be infinitely better than anything a grocery store offers, and this I think is the perfect balance, I don't have enough for Skip solely, if I just used groceries for water, coffee and stuff. 17 is more than half in a days in the month ratio.
As I was doing the paragraph above uncle called to say it'll be here in 30 minutes, so excited!! And with hunger pangs being so royally dealt with I can concentrate more fiercely on the news, and independent journalism videos at 2x, agenda free journalism is great too.
