Off to see dad in about 34 hours, I'm supposed to find some items of clothing and towels for him, and he's been asking for his computer, he needs to be told a few times that there's no wifi where he is. My last phone call with him ended poorly, he was saying how he's hoping to come back home here and asked whether I felt the same, and I didn't reply, and he said ok, bye then, rather curtly.
For now I shall listen, with coffee sipping, nuke a meal, listen more, then rest a little, then look for whatever is here that he needs, then listening more, before taking off to the little city that's 3 and a half times bigger than this town I live in, brother says we gotta make each visit memorable, he's even taking some board games, he asked me if I wanted to be left alone with him for awhile like last time, but I want it to be the 3 of us all the way through.
