I hate my mom and my sister

Recently i got into a fist fight with both my mom and sister. Long story short the police came to the house and i spend a night in the psychiatric hospital. I hate my mom for defending and making excuses for my sister whenever me and her fight. My sister literally threw my phone at me and i tried to crack her skull for doing that. If something bad happens to my sister, I'll be happy.
