My dad won't stop asking me if everything is okay.

Or if he can do anything to help if I'm in a bad mood.

What he can do to help is stop impulsively exploding and cussing at me at any given time of any day and start trying to be receptive of when I'm already hurting before he decides to cause drama.

I keep avoiding him and he just doesn't get it.
