Current favorite is bouldering, only been back at it in the last week or so.

The normal routine is a whole bunch of leg lifts to make my back pop, squats and variations of squats including pull down squats. Shoulder exercises, ankle exercises, weights and machine weights. A lot is to rebuild strength and range of motion in injuries I never dealt with properly.

@Justafantasy Oh, I haven't hear of that one before.
@Nimbus bouldering is indoor climbing without ropes for me. I'm not willing to do the real thing, I like having a nice cushy floor to jump onto. A 100% body weight exercise that'll get you into poses yoga could only dream of and leave you sorer than maxing out your weights on every lift all day.

Not something people bulk up for, lean wiry flexible muscle is better. I don't have either, it's still fun
