Looks like my family is officially done at this point.

There's been a lot of angry texts between my siblings and my dad over the past couple of days. I've just been staying out of it.

I figured it would happen eventually after mom was gone but not quite this quickly.

Anyway, time to get drunk and/or stoned. Feeling lonely tonight and I'm tired of feeling.

@MellyMel22 I very much agree. My siblings jumped to some inaccurate conclusions but my father has also been making an ass out of himself.

I'm tired of being in the middle of it. :)

@MellyMel22 The space will definitely be happening but the turning around is dubious. My sis and her family are moving to Vietnam as soon as all the paperwork is clear and my dad is just being a nomad.

@MellyMel22 Not really, no. Dad has been down a weird religious rabbit hole for most of our lives and I think my middle brother has been done with it since around Covid.

@MellyMel22 It's just been a weird ride all of our lives and I think we're done with his selfishness. I'm not going to abandon him though, I know what that feels like and I wouldn't want to do it to my dad.

@MellyMel22 I think so. :) The last few years of their marriage were not happy because of some of his decisions but I don't think she would want him to be abandoned.
