Most everything works IF you work it. Rough Dx from what I know but from what I know the answer if more based in therapy than any sort of medication

I have been diagnosed years ago with CPTSD. I have very few people in my life at this stage. Have you ever tried Dialectical behaviour therapy?
@Perry1968 My peer support worker is dx with BPD and she has done DBT several times; what an inspiring woman <3

@Creolequeen It helps control emotions. Its a learned thing of course. Needs alot of practicing to keep things in our minds to see results. Remember your thoughts are not you. They are merely thoughts. Another good one for Trauma i found was EMDR. It desensitised me from a few very serious traumatic events.

I was with someone, extremely challenging and difficult, like walking on egg shell, nothing i said or do could ve great often held against me.

Then what was argued about, rejected or didnt liked told to others..

@Creolequeen sorry i was making a joke about the title i hadn't read your story at the time.. i have bipolar family members .. sorry you are having family drama issues no matter the cause .. that’s no fun
