Did you do things the typical way in life?

My husband and I didn't.. We are probably the most nontypical couple there is lol.

We started dating in highschool when I was 14 and I very quickly fell in love with him. His parents at the time did not support our relationship (I came from a rough family background as I have mentioned in previous post) But we were determined to be together so we snuck around alot lol we were each others first everything.. The fact people tried to keep us apart only made our relationship stronger. I got pregnant at 17 with a boy that we unfortunately lost at birth on my 18th birthday. This pregnancy caused alot of tension because his parents absolutely did not want me to have the baby since we were so young. We did make it past that and we ended up getting married when I was 20 which I have mentioned previously lol but what I didn't mention was that I was 3 weeks away from having our oldest daughter and we got married without telling anyone. Kept it a secret for a whole year 😂

Now 5 years later we have 2 daughters and unfortunately have been forced to be done having children due to secondary infertility. But I truly love my life now and I love that we aren't the "typical".

Absolutely not. My marriage and life are far from traditional or typical in any way. It’s a long story, but many are aware of it. Just trust me, it's very different from what you might consider "normal."

@HumanEarth you can try if you'd like. I'm pretty understanding and have seen alot in my lifetime. I'm 25 but feel like I've lived enough for 3 lifetimes.

Maple, I am not here to compare war stories or anything. I am almost 60 years old and been married most of my adult life and I will say this. For me being married is the best thing for me and I love it
