It was overall good tonight

Until we got him back safe to his unit, before he turns into a pumpkin as bro said to the nurses. Dad's claiming that the Doctor up in the sky is in charge and that this Doctor says he's a free free free man, he actually says free three times repeatedly to me and bro, so dad's rationale is that if the Good Doctor above says he's a free free free man, why is he not really free?

And we are to respond to that like how? Besides how my bro said something like "well I only talked to the doctors in this hospital and you are being taken care of, for your safety.

To which dad repeats his mantra like scenario that is begging for us to do something, something like he needs us to have faith, and faith will move mountains.

I would want him to understand that the rules set in place that to him seem to impinge upon his freedom are for his safety, I would ideally assure him this is all a process that is to be gone through, and that his God can still be there for him when he can't just go wherever and whenever he pleases, perhaps bring up how St, Paul rejoiced in prison, to get him on a wavelength different from the one he's stubbornly insisting on.

Well anyway, the night was as I hinted at pretty good, my brother put together a photo album for dad to flip through, and dad was overjoyed seeing a nice photo his granddaughter and husband with their 2 dogs, one named after a character in Top Gun.

The same dog that was there last year was a little less spunky this time and took to gnawing at a plush toy, one year must be like a decade for dogs eh?

And before being dropped off I was taken to the gummy store!! So I don't neet to walk all the way over there on the mild days coming up, I can get some snacks instead, an excuse to be active.

Hope you all are doing ok, I may be getting some shut eye but thought i'd put my experience into words so I can see it objectively, and hopefully face tomorrow wisely.
