I met my great-grandfather once when I was 5 or 6 years old — he was around 80 at that time. Who did you meet? What do you remember about them?

Only my grandparents.

On my mother's side, they were the first generation to come to America. (With my mother.)

On my father's side, my grandfather came as a boy with his father, but that great grandfather died before I was born.
