How do you get along with your brother/sister?

I'm the only child
I always wished I had a brother or sister

Worse to find out that I would have had elder of both but my mum had a miscarriage before me and lost twins

I'm always jealous of those who have siblings and someone to look out for them as I was majority of the time alone
