My dad was assaulted last night

My dad came here to us when he was a baby with his parents from Korea. My grandparents owned a convenience store and my parents have continued the business. Last night around 11:15 two guys came in. They took a couple of beer from the fridge and came to the counter to cash out. They were talking to him in broken English telling him to open the safe but it’s a time release safe and he couldn’t open it. The beat him so badly. Someone came in and saw and left and called 911. They were both caught. The police told my mom today they are undocumented. I might not be on for a while guys. I’m going to stay with my parents.

What does it matter if the culprits are undocumented or not …has ZERO bearing on the fact that your dad was assaulted

I guess it would be OK if they guys that hurt your dad were US citizens..

I just don’t see the relevance of what she is saying… do us citizens NOT commit these types of crimes

This would garner more empathy if she left that aspect out also please know I wish no harm on anyone
