Cheer up Mum

My mum is feeling very depressed recently

She's thinking about my Dad, her 3 late brother's that passed on in 3 consecutive years and now I found out one my aunts ie mums sister has a bit a concerning medical condition

I wish I could do something to cheer her up.
I spoke to her and hugged and gave her moral support but I would like to do something for her.

Have u tried taking her to a therapist?
@Foxygirl32
Well I haven't mentioned it, because it a religious time of the year where we remember those that have passed away.
So the circumstances when my dad and my uncles passed away was very bad and that's what's kind of playing on her mind

@SilentKiller well then let this time pass and observe her carefully. If she gets better then u r all set. But if the depression remains or gets worse then u need to seek professional help

That's why from my side I wanted to jus do something random to deviate her mind

@SilentKiller I can relate. My mom is the same. Actually she was like this all my childhood and even now whenever she gets upset I get sooo nervous wanting to do something to make her feel better.

So sorry about that

We also get hurt when our parents aren't well

Hopefully it's jus a passing phase
