how often do you check your child's online activity?? what if they were on sw and lied about their age?? claiming to be older

My children are 33 & 34, I gave them the tools to go out in life and I trust their choices. We all make bad calls once in a while and that’s how we grow so I trust them to handle them and if they feel they can’t then they know I’m always here whatever the issue.
