Naya fell backwards in her chair by accident, then she turned it into a game ๐Ÿ˜…

She has one of those soft foam toddler chairs & it was in the middle of the living room. She sat in it & it fell backwards unexpectedly. She still wanted to sit in it though so she climbed back onto the chair & when she did, it flipped back into place & she fell off again. I was ready to react in case she got scared but she just paused for a sec, then smiled & said "weeeee" ๐Ÿ˜€

Now she keeps knocking the chair over so she could climb on it, fall off, & say "weeeee" over & over ๐Ÿคฃ it cracks me up lol she's such a goofball. I started calling her "crazy baby" before she was a year old because she loves being tossed in the air, held upside down, swinging around, etc. Sometimes she forcefully throws herself back while I'm holding her because she wants to be upside down so bad ๐Ÿ˜‚ she only does the crazy stuff with me though so maybe it's just a dad thing. It seems like with mama, she's more cuddly but with dada she's more playful ๐Ÿ™‚ but we both get both of course โค she's just the best I never get over it lol

We see "furniture" and "Decor". Kids see "Carnival rides".
To them, the entire world is a playground.

So yeah, what you and the Missus see as decor or furniture, Naya is planning great adventures.
"Hmm, I could find a way to climb that, make a ride out of that..."

When I was married, we had put the couch and the love seat at a 90 degree angle in the middle of the living room and had this plant between them hanging from the ceiling (you see where this is going yet?) Well, our son, being maybe four, decided to act like George of the jungle.

We could not figure out how the plant harness had just fallen out of the ceiling. He told us about that recently.

But yeah, Naya will do things to give you several heart attacks long before you are even 35. ๐Ÿ˜„

Cuddly with mom, rough housing with dad is exactly how nature wires young kids, in my opinion. Both are essential.
