My mother's debts related to that specific account were due to a vehicle purchase
She was making on behalf of someone else. She isn't good at all the technicalities involved and wasn't keeping track of that account. The bankers were very transparent and quick.
The company workers were very helpful and told me it is easily fixable in a month. They told me who owns the vehicle now. The person has to fulfill those debts themselves or the vehicle will be taken from them. I have some paper dealings to tend to over the coming weeks.
Not sure if I want to talk to the vehicle owner. It is a family member I cut ties with long time ago because they couldn't mind their own business.
