Today I had a fight with someone I love. I'm not sure if I can call them family. They and I had a fight about me slamming the door and throwing things at them. They thought that was inappropriate and rude(I am) They said "You don’t deserve a parents like me" that made me crying for hours. Should I apologize to them ?

If you feel ready, an apology might help open the door not just for healing, but for deeper understanding between you. Not because you're "the rude one" and they’re right, but because you want to show you're accountable for how you acted. That’s strength, not weakness. You could say something like:
I'm sorry for how I behaved. I was overwhelmed, and I didn’t handle it well. I never wanted to hurt you. I’m trying to understand myself better and I hope we can talk more calmly next time.

Good luck! 🤗
