I am heartbroken

In 2017 i lost my mom in 2021 lost my father but now i lost my little sister, i am very heartbroken.

@tan778 it really is a difficult moment. Breathe, stay with your breath. Drink water.
Don't forget to eat. Maybe stay under the shower for long, if you can do that....
