I barely talk to mine for that reason ...when I do ..I prefer to keep it light

I trained myself a long time ago that the only person that i can rely on is me. I dont have any expectations from people even family that way im not setting myself up for being hurt. I will love you and be there for you but i also know that people can be snakes even if they share blood.

That’s the truth, because they generally know all the tender spots.
