It's highly unlikely it was a business call. And he cut his lights before pulling in front of his house. Maybe I'm being suspicious, but that seemed odd. Then it was all, hey! My babies! As he entered the house.

My neighbor down the street sits in his car all night long with the headlights on (one burned out) he parks on the street facing my place and any time of night 4 in the morning 9 0,clock...whenever he's still out there...it's so weird to me.
