Playing tug-of-war with my cousin?

What is it like to play with a seven-year-old? I am 18, and I am going to see my cousin who I have only seen 1 times his entire life when he was pretty much a baby. Now he is seven years old, and he is really excited to see me. He wants to play tug of war me and him, and given that I am never around people his age I’m not sure what to expect. I am used to doing these type of activities with other 18-year-olds.

If you have a child, or a sibling, or cousin that is the same age as mine, what does it like to play tug of war with them? How close are they to your strength?
