I think I'd need more information, like would they be moving to me, or would I be moving to them?
As I don't speak Russian nor Chinese... so that would be tough on me.
If me going to their country... well right now Ukraine is a war zone, so I'd least like to live there... but if Ukraine was at peace for a long time, then I'd least like to live in China as they would have the least human rights.
If it's them coming to me, then honestly, probably I'd least want to live near Trump (and not nessarily for the reason you think).
Most of them are known as trying to keep it quiet near their homes, and a place where they can get away and have a peaceful place to relax.
Trump is the opposite, he wants a place that people can come and praise him, and place he can throw a party, and be the center of attention, and ignore the neighbors, come have a good time. So I think Trump with his clubs, group gathering, desire to be the center of attention, and large gatherings that might annoy the neighbors and lack of caring (which no, he's certainly not the only one with a lack of caring on the list), would be the most annoying for someone that likes to have a quiet private neighbor.
Where the others, wouldn't nessarily be throwing large parties at their own (non-capital) houses, but would desire to keep the neighborhood quiet and peaceful and everyone looks elsewhere, not here.
