On top of jacking up your bill 75% to 150% (per month), they also make existing customers pay to "rent" their required (antiquated) hardware, while new customers get the latest version for free.

@shuhak Same here. I give them hell every time I talk to them because with the exception of one winter electric bill they are the most expensive monthly bill I pay. There was a day you could call their Solutions Dept and work something out. Now they tell you what a great deal you already have.

@shuhak It's a grueling task. You have to keep saying agent until it finally surrenders. When I get a human I ask for the Solutions Dept. The last time I did this he said how can I help without transferring. I asked and he said he was that Dept. So I'm not sure what to believe. I didn't get any deals just the bit about how good my pkg is. BS.
