Have you ever accidentally walked over your kid?

Have you ever accidentally knocked over or trampled your child or toddler simply because they were just under your line of sight and you didn’t see them? Explain how this happened?

My toddler for example, always seems to find her way directly in front of me, and I’m a good five times bigger than her, so it barely feels like much of anything, and leave her laid out on the floor. Of course I scoop her up and comfort her afterwards… I’m just curious if this happens with your kid? I just feel absolute horrible. I mean imagine what it looks like from their level.
