if you got a kitchen table bench you could anchor a booster seat to it and use pet stairs to allow her to get on the bench. (if a booster would be high enough)
@Clarashelper maybe run the question by a carpenter who makes custom furniture and see if they could think of a solution?a high chair with little steps up to the back maybe and designed so she could climb over the back or side into the seat?
@Penny that would be a good idea. If we could somehow put a ladder on the back, we could put it close up to the table and with steps that are close enough together and small enough for her to wrap her hands around, that’s something to consider thank you. She is six years old though, see with a Tripp trapp highchair it doesn’t look like a traditional toddlers highchair. We’re also trying to keep her age in mind and get stuff that looks the part
@saintsong it’s always hard to tell based off pictures but those steps look like they would be way too high for her. And way too far apart. Same with the seat it looks like it would be oversized for her. Are you saying you have one? Is it smaller than the picture makes it look?
@Clarashelper We had one when I was a child, like 6 it sat me up to the table perfectly for a normal sized child, my aunt also had one she would use to cut peoples hair in...I don't have one now sorry. Wish I could help better.
