How can I help her?

So I have neighbourhood lady that's some head of women's affair association and pretty influential.
Ironically her house help gets abused by her, like I've seen her scolding her badly n slapping her too.
The help looks a thin, weakling and idk probably looks like she passes off after each slap.

Quite tricky what to do here

First of all, it's not your problem. Never get involved in anyone else's problems, it only brings insult to you.
Second, make a video and report anonymously or create a dummy account on YouTube and publish the videos. Make sure it doesn't link back to you.
Third report to police.
Most importantly, if she needed help, she would have asked for it.
