@beermeplease i was thinking about buying tickets for a game next year, especially since their team plays my hometown in March

@beermeplease I watched a local minor league team back in 2001 here in iowa, it was very interesting.

@squared im assuming you mean nhl....depending where you live tickets can get very expensive

@NativePortlander1970 minor hockey can be entertaining too...they play their hearts out to make it in the big leagues

@beermeplease They kept rotating players what seemed like every 15 to 20 seconds.

@NativePortlander1970 you have to realize how physically demanding the sport is. going up and down the ice at full speed...stopping and starting again while getting your face slammed into the boards...usually shifts don't last longer that 90 seconds...i hacked my lungs out when i played adult recreational hockey 🤣

@beermeplease Then why do all the hockey movies make it where they play the entire three periods?

@beermeplease yep, i saw some tickets for Kings vs Bruins @ LA and they weren’t that expensive. taking about nose bleeds tho lol

@squared nose bleads aren't even that cheap here in vancouver. when phoenix had a team the tickets were dirt cheap...saw 2 games there when they had a team
