My Little Family

I have a mum and dad, obviously, and they're pretty cool people. Mostly relaxed, fun...good childhood ...diligent...encouraging; the best.

Mum has a brother, dad has a sister. Each are married with 2 children each - 1 of each for my uncle, 2 daughter's for my aunt.

So, small family. Summer's spent together up until my teenage years and then we drifted apart a little.

I still see my cousins from time to time. They're doing good. We hang out when we're all not busy, but we do message each other regularly.

However, I'm much more a mum and dad kinda gal. They're my rock in life.

@SarahTheHooker I had to do the single parenting. Twice! My son the eagle scout then my friend's two kids after she died. One was skipping school, the other is an alcoholic. You learn a lot about setting boundaries and rules.

Love that. Families do drift apart,as you get older,but love your bond with your parents,hope mine do the same when they spread there wings

@HotPizza71 Mum and dad live nearby to my house. I didn't have that many friends, growing up..just mainly Amber...so mum and dad were very important to my life.

Still are.
