My sweet ol' "father"
His excuse to not see me as been work my whole life. The title parent is something you get but you gotta work to keep it. Hes not my father, i've got another. A father is there for you and raises you and is someone you can trust and rely on. He has been neither of those 4 things for me and those 4 things are just the bare minimum.
I've got a step-father, no, i've got my ONE AND ONLY father. That so called step-father is my father because he was there for mother and me when by biological father wasn't. Blood doesn't mean shit.
I miss my little half-brother and he misses me more and my "father" is fully capable of taking him out and driving to my me and my families house for a visit but hes got more important stuff to do ya know? Work and all that.
