What do YOU do when you lack motivation ?

Usually, I take a nap.

I woke up this morning and
felt like doing 20 sit-ups,
then felt like doing 25 push-ups,
then felt like doing 12 jumping jacks,
finally then felt like going for a 5 mile jog.

So, I rolled over and stayed in bed until all those feelings went away.
