@JonLosAngeles66 @ArtieKat Thank you, I started looking for my own place. But the housing market in NYC is terrible at the moment. Either it's too expensive, it's in a bad neighborhood, or they tell me I make too much money. I would get a room mate, but I really want to live on my own. I am considering moving out the city completely and starting new.

@lucidreams Take metro north in from outside the city. You can rent more affordably and with a better quality apartment/house.
