I use Amazon all the time AND I get free delivery right to my door. The last order I placed was for a very specific brand of coffee I like. I typically order 8 bags of coffee beans at a time and grind it myself at home. I placed my order with Amazon last Sunday afternoon and by 2pm the next day, a cardboard box containing my coffee was sitting on my front porch. The great thing about it was, that I paid slightly less per bag from Amazon and I didn't have to drive to the usual place in my car to buy it.

He came up with a system that works and if he makes money off it, then so be it. For me, time is money and if I have to spend an hour shlepping myself around to buy coffee which is a commodity that's not that important in the grand scheme of things, then my coffee is actually costing far more than it's worth. But Amazon makes the mundane things in life much more easier to attain than ever before.
