A thought on Fathers Day…
To all those Fathers like me, who are estranged from their children, my heart goes out to you. Nothing lasts forever, so live in hope that one day you will form a part of their lives & have many happy Fathers Day together.

Um...”live in hope that some day?” .... ya, keep on daydreaming. It will never happen. If you want it you gotta go out to your children, reach out and insist ..you want to participate in their lives. Just living and hoping (in your head) will not magically make it happen

Being estranged from a child is heartbreaking and sometimes if trying doesnt work just keep sending the reminders to them on their birthdays and xmas that you are thinking of them and hopefully they will come round as they get older and find a way over it.
