@Nimbus Not really. People like myself have no time. Others might have social anxiety, or no opportunity to meet new people, etc.
The world is a more dangerous place than it used to be. Socializing online eliminates the danger of physical harm, unless one reveals all their personal information.
Plus, internet social networks allow us to meet people from all over the world, which is great. :)
