just my elderly parents left

all i have left for a support system is my elderly mum and dad, i lost touch with any friends and aquaintances i had from long ago.......i live alone in a flat, lived here 19 years, so when my parents are no longer around i'll end up on my own...and i find this very scary....i also not ashamed to say i deal with psychological problems...and i'm pretty reclusive now, i'm now 46 years old.
