Is anyone a Grandma in early 40s like me?

My Brother in law's(husband's brother) Sons have children who are 6+ years old.Quite embarrassing when they call me,grandma in public...But it is what it is....

Husbands brother in law’s son is your nephew assuming brother in law of husband is married to husbands sister? So nephew’s child makes you a great aunt by marriage

@QuietEd2019 It was a typing mistake which I corrected now.
Actually it was my brother-in-law's(my husband's brother) grandchildren.
