Last week I had a bit of a pinched nerve in my lower back , was rushing around and walking fast as a rainy front was approaching…had heard my joints pop a bit. The only thing that gave me relief was bending and stretching. Eventually worked it out after two days. The exercise you show would be great for that. Have to be careful about bending too deep because after surgery & the car accident I get dizzy if I do that.

@cherokeepatti Yes, be careful Patti!
Sciatica is a trapped nerve and very painful, I know it!

@Nimbus Haven’t had sciatica for two years but it lasted for 3 months last time. I learned not to pick up cases of bottled water. Bring the boy with me to Sam’s Club and let him do all of the lifting.

@cherokeepatti Yea, my two events of Sciatica lasted about 3 months each too, not had any in about 5 years now.
Some say salt is to blame.
Good that you have help :)

@Nimbus Gluten can make it much worse for me, causes a great deal of inflammation. The last few months of working at Walmart on my feet I had sciatica. It got so bad that it felt like fire from a blow-torch blowing down my left leg. Would happen about every 5 minutes depending on how I was moving or standing. I learned that when I didn’t eat bread or other gluten foods that the pain was not as severe.
