Im crying, im worthless

my dad is mad at me, I made a mistake, i'll never be perfect im an abomination.
im so hurt over such a small thing, even being realistic. Im an abomination, a big baby.

You're right... You'll never be perfect - no one will be.

The question is:- How do you respond to criticism??? You can either sit there and let it bother you, like you clearly are or you can change what you can about yourself while letting go of criticism that serves no purpose to you.

Either way, it's not worth crying about - they're not worth your tears.
