@Nimbus Yup, I had some ice cream. 😆 But generally I spray diclofenac on it. It worked surprisingly well this afternoon. Then I ate an orange. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm going to spray some more for the night.

Oh! I see! I fell out of bed one time and almost severed the first two inches off my tongue when my chin hit the floor. Been there, done that.

@SandWitch That sounds way more dramatic. But I remember I fell off the bed in sleep once too. So strange. I normally have problems with sleep paralysis so I wonder how come I could have moved that time.

In my case, it was a knee-jerk reaction to a dirty dream I was having and my leg's reflex action hurled me off the side of my bed.

@CrazyMusicLover My gosh girl. The same happened to me 2 days ago. I was wondering how common it was for that to happen. Apparently it’s more common than I thought. I’m sorry, that sucks.

@SW-User I had my filling done two weeks ago and probably was grinding my teeth at night because I was waking up a lot to pain. I figured out I had to try to keep my teeth apart while sleeping until the tooth calms down and that's why my tongue got squeezed between them. 😒 Luckily, at least the tooth stopped hurting because I was afraid there was some serious infection going on and I would have to go back to the dentist.
