Boxing Day
T'was an early start from Duponte-Durose Towers.
Me? I tend not to sleep much anyways, so getting up at stoopid-o-clock is quite normal for me. Kaz? Hmmmm....a bit harder. Hope? She was shattered, bless her, after Christmas. But up, showered, changed, presents packed away for the midlands contingent....Hope's guitar and amp packed away....oh, and taking Mulder too (in his cat cage).
Driving from South to North - well, [i]I [/i]don't drive...that's Kaz's job - was how it normally is on a bank holiday. A few pit stops for toileting and such and then arrived in Derbyshire for lunch.
Dropped everything off at our 2nd home, then over to my eldest's for lunch, exchanging presents and playing games with her girls.
All fun....all full, after that Xmas dinner....then back to our house, few hours reprieve, then Martika, Mark and the kids came over to ours to continue.
This Xmas holiday lark is [i]very[/i] tiring!
Today? We're hosting my sister and her family.
