I’m surprised it worked

My one-year-old nephew started crying because I wouldn’t pick him up. (My arm was bugging me)
So I put his toy computer and toy phone on his little table, and told him, “hey, it’s time to go to clock in. Sit down and work.”

I think it really confused him, but he did it. 🤭 He sat and started pretending to call his dad. (I know because that’s all he’d say on his fake call. “Dada? Dada. Dada...”) Cracks me up.
