@AbbeyRhode you should have added a trigger-warning. I feel the same way. And ice cream too. I am not eating sugar any longer and artificial sweeteners are avoided too. Ice cream is something that I miss. I can make cakes keto or gluten-free and sweetened with stevia or monkfruit to bypass the sugar but ice cream, especially the tasty Braum’s flavors can’t be replicated at home.

@AbbeyRhode Awww, looks delicious :)

@cherokeepatti I don't know if they have it near you, but Enlightened, or Nick's ice cream is delicious and Keto.

@AbbeyRhode Do you know what type of sweetener they use? Maybe I’ll look it up. I know that Chobani has come out with a lot of flavors of keto yogurt Chobani Zero Sugar and they taste really good.

@cherokeepatti They both use erythritol, allulose, and monkfruit.
I haven't tried the Chobani yet. I tried Too Good, and wasn't crazy about it.

@AbbeyRhode you could always buy plain Greek yogurt and add your own sweetener and berries or other low-carb ingredients. I guess I could too but love those flavors in Chobani Zero Sugar. The nearest store for Enlightened ice cream bars is north Oklahoma City Target so I won’t be buying any. The price was pretty good for an occasional treat of 4 bars.

@cherokeepatti True, I might do that. I found a decent Keto chocolate syrup, and even a version of Nutella that I could add. :)
