Have a frank discussion with her mom, and find out what the girl's rules are and what her mom expects of her daughter. When she arrives, lay out your house and ground rules so there is no ambiguity. Be consistent.
And basically just talk to her, be a listening ear and be supportive. She will be missing her mom, her friends and her old school. High school kids can be mean to the new kid and high school is tough anyway.

she may WANT to be alone give her a space she can make her own, and ALWAYS knock and wait for yes
she may have interests you will not be happy with. if there is no harm look away
