If you could change something about your home what would it be ?

@Musicman We need those metal roofs here. Some have gotten them. I imagine they cost way more than traditional shingles but the insurance rates should go down a bit with them since those are what get replaced most around here.

@Musicman should last about 30 years though shouldn’t they? It would be an investment if a person was planning on living in a home for life.
