Should I worry about my son?

Below is one of the pics of my 11 year old son. This is when he's healthy. From last 5 days he's having high fever and with all medications he has grown more weak.
It's sad to see him so thin sometimes, though I myself am very skinny. Idk I'm kinda sad at all this.

You should NOT post pics of shirtless minors. Too many creeps on this site,, and internet in general. Iff you're worried about your sons weight you need to take him to the doctor!

@SW-User well idk treating for fever is fine. But they are okay with general health. Though at such times he gets even more lanky

@Genelia boys have a growth spurt during puberty. They suddenly stretch tall without gaining weight. It'll be fine. I have a cousin that's just as skinny as your son, even tho he eats like a horse.

Make sure he stays hydrated and atleast tries to eat whatever he's able to, be it salad, chocolate or anything inbetween.
