Parents do you read your kids social media messages and do they know that they do? If so to what age?

I read my parents’ whenever I’m around their phones. I must take responsibility and police their conversations and know what’s happening in their lives. They’re often surprised how I know things about their friends they’ve never mentioned to me. I was inspired by the FBI
