Drumsticks ice cream was left outside. Are they still good?

I did an order for drumsticks (ice cream cones) for my kids and they came while I was asleep. They were delivered at 8:30 am and I grabbed them and put them in the freezer at 10:25 am. It was around 44 degrees outside. Would they still be good?

The worst outcome is they'll be kinda crystallized if they melted to omuhc but will taste good. They won't be like, unsafe.
