Why does my son sleep upside down

Everytime it’s bedtime his feet are always in my face and his head is near my belly. I’ll fix him to sleep with his head near mine but he always switches to sleep upside down from lol and I have no space

my son used to sleep like he owns the bed.I was literally falling off the edges in his younger days.
Atleast your son is on the other side ,still better.
