Part 3 bcs i’m sad

So the thing is my dad still in the hospital, and I still barely have any time for sleep. Because basically I stay there for almost 24/7 and only go home to take shower. Recently, my dad’s relatives (siblings, nephews, etc) suggest him to buy some vitamin product (this is an overclaimed product that probably a scam but idk) and it’s expensive. My dad diagnosed with kidney failure stage 5 so we have to filter what he is going to put into his mouth, and I think trying this brand won’t be necessary. And my stepmom just told me that when I arrived at the hospital and they had been okay-ing the suggestion. So I complained, right, because I don’t want to gamble on it, and I really concerned about my dad’s condition. But you know what, they angry at me because I’m not the one who pays for it. Like excuse me, when anything happens to my dad I’m the one who took care of him like do you know how it hurts my feeling? They do anything what they want without involving me just because I’m a “kid”. But when anything happens they only contact me to send motivation words😭😭😭 I’m just so tired and upset.
If the doctors really do say these vitamins are OK then it probably won't harm him. And who knows, he might feel a bit better due to placebo effect (first rule for physicians is "do no harm"). I agree that you probably can't affect kidney failure with vitamins. Probably the only good they will do is to allow your relatives to feel good because they are "doing something." But, if the doctors OK them, maybe you could allow your relatives that little bit of feeling good, and you can feel good about giving them that gift.

I doubt the vitamins will rejuvenate failing kidneys. Your doctor's would be prescribing them if they would help.

So sorry you are having this in your life right now. Do your research and make your best choices. That's all you can do.
Might as well give him 2 frosted flakes and say it's a miracle cure...
